During her time at Designers Workshop, Diane earned prestigious accolades from the State of Michigan for her work in the House Chamber in 1990.
Who We Are
Diane has 30 years experience in her field; starting in 1986 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL at Nautical Furnishings. From there, her talent grew and followed her to Grand Rapids were she worked at Designers Workshop for 8 years as a Furniture Finisher. Before starting Wood Touch-Ups, Di also worked at Xibitz as the Supervisor of the Finishing Department and oversaw all projects before leaving the site. Di then worked as a subcontractor at Derse where she designed finishes and worked on special projects. Wood Touch-Ups started as a part-time evening project and grew through referrals and it's great and growing reputation into a full-time operation.

On-Site Services
Wood Touch-Ups has been serving West Michigan for over 20 years. A lot of finishing can be done on-site. For example, if you have table that has damage on it, from scratches to deep gouges, we have the tools that can repair these damages without having to transport your piece to our shop. This ultimately saves you money in shipping and transportation costs. Of course, some jobs are impossible to complete on-site, but if you are interested to these services, a quick call to us and we can determine if your job can be completed on-site.
